1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokerMethod ("the Service"), operated by PokerMethod ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

PokerMethod offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Key billing terms:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Partial-period refunds are generally not provided.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to training scenarios, question text, explanations, graphics, logos, UI components, and software code, is the property of PokerMethod or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract content.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PokerMethod is a poker training and education tool. We do not guarantee any specific results, tournament outcomes, or financial gains from using the Service. Poker involves risk, and decisions made at the table are solely your responsibility. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial or gambling advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PokerMethod and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
